Student Organizations, Prevention and Risk Education, is an area within the Office of the Dean of Students that works to build the capacity of the institution and all student organizations to promote positive organizational culture and minimize high-risk behaviors. The area oversees hazing prevention, the Safety Education Program, the Successful Student Organizations Program, and collaborations with units and stakeholders across campus. This position will serve as the Graduate Assistant to support the Successful Student Organizations Program (SSOP), a pilot curriculum that provides student organizations with holistic support to promote positive culture and minimize high risk behaviors. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to support general office operations. Qualification for in-state tuition rates. Comprehensive insurance benefits package (September - May). Hands-on work with student organizations, staff, and a variety of stakeholders. Hours to be primarily scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
