About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has a career opportunity for the right individual to support the dealership and our customers through specialized Preventative Maintenance services. This individual will be the primary source of contact for the dealership, and our sales force, working directly with the Cleveland Brothers management team, and our customer base, to provide professional support facilitating growth with Preventative Maintenance contracted services.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and develop expertise with Caterpillar equipment, and an understanding of the operation of Caterpillar equipment, maintenance products, and various industry needs.
• Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft office applications.
• Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal, written, technical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize duties, work both independently and within a professional office team.
• Strong self-starting, interpersonal, professional communication, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Must be accountable, flexible, have solid decision-making ability, and be successful within a team environment.
• Progressive experience and understanding, focusing on exceptional internal and external sales and services support in an office environment, preventative maintenance needs, long-term customer service agreements, service operations, and an understanding of consultative sales concepts, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the utilization of Preventative Maintenance program EZKits™ across contracted customer and equipment fleets;
• Utilize Caterpillar proprietary software and web-based applications to support PM contracted customer services;
• Provide timely follow-up with contracted customers and Cleveland Brothers Product Support Sales Representatives;
• Foster successful relationships with internal departments, and external customers to facilitate timely PM parts fulfillment;
• Develop accurate Preventative Maintenance Full-Service TLC™, and EZKits™ filter sales quotes to support growth;
• Provide professional interactions with Cleveland Brothers personnel and valued customers on a daily/weekly basis;
• Provide timely communications via phone, e-mail, or in person;
• Support the Equipment Management Services management team with periodical tasks;
• Substitute for other positions and other functions as assigned by necessity.
