About The Position

The Design Quote Specialist provides design, drawing, and quoting services for a division and specific products with a focus on accuracy and quality. Performs work under minimal supervision and applies advanced drawing and project management skills while supporting customer-facing design interactions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in design, architecture, or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid working knowledge of architectural and design standards
• Advanced drawing and design software proficiency
• Solid working knowledge of building codes, ADA, and bid requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

• Provides design, drawing, and quotes with minimal errors for a division and specific products
• Applies architectural, design validation, building codes, ADA, and bid knowledge
• Utilizes advanced drawing skills to develop detailed layouts and designs
• Demonstrates proven project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables
• Leads/conducts live design sessions with architects, designers, executives, and decision-makers
• Supports and implements MPS principles and theme work
• Collaborates with cross-functional Midmark teams, as needed
