About The Position

At Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), we don’t just build paint booths—we build careers, culture, and cutting-edge experiences. If you're a hands-on leader who loves keeping things running smoothly and coaching a high-performing team, this is your moment. We’re looking for a Preventative Maintenance Crew Lead to be the go-to expert on the job site—guiding your crew, rolling up your sleeves, and keeping our top-tier finishing systems operating at their best. Sound like you? Keep reading. As the Crew Lead, you’ll be part technician, part coach, and part problem-solver. Your days will include: Leading and performing regular maintenance like filter changes, booth cleaning, and equipment checks. Crawling into tight spaces to clean paint buildup (yes, it's a little gritty—but we’ll keep you geared up). Using and teaching the crew how to handle electrical tools, safety gear, and diagnostic equipment like a pro. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to keep everything humming. Jumping in to support installation and project teams, whether by phone or on-site. Building great relationships with customers, making sure they’re smiling when the job’s done. Mentoring junior crew members and being the go-to leader for safety, quality, and efficiency.
