We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive PM Coordinator who thrives on organization, planning, and keeping equipment operating at its best. Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and plant maintenance principles
  • Experience with SAP, CMMS systems, and work order management
  • Strong skills in planning, organization, and inventory control
  • Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reports
  • A proactive mindset—someone who plans ahead to prevent issues, not just fix them
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Manage equipment data, repair files, and parts inventory systems
  • Build and maintain a library of repair documentation and procedures
  • Support development and optimization of our CMMS system
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Conduct inspections and make adjustments to maintain performance
  • Develop easy-to-use parts identification and inventory systems
  • Help drive plant safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives
  • Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and maintenance documentation
  • Keep operations running smoothly by staying organized, proactive, and detail-focused
