About The Position
The Pre-Trial Counselor position is responsible for providing direct client services for the Michael Perlin Center. This position is responsible for the implementation of psycho-educational groups as assigned. Conducts evaluations and discharge summary services. The eligible candidate for this position would work per diem, days and hours will vary. This is a fee for service position ($25 per evaluation and $65 per group). Working within Adult Services, the Pre-Trial Counselor works on the Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support clients’ recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and license eligible
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
