About The Position
Now hiring Press line Operators for our Hazleton, Pennsylvania, facility. Join our Hazleton team as a Press line Operator on the production line. Full-time work, steady schedules, and training provided. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Press Department Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of mechanical tasks using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to support efficient and high‑quality manufacturing operations. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate punch presses, scroll machines, and assembly equipment across multiple production lines to produce caps that meet all quality specifications established by the Quality Control Department.
- Perform routine mechanical work and adjustments to ensure machines run safely, efficiently, and within required tolerances.
- Conduct general maintenance on assigned equipment, focusing on both functional performance and safety compliance.
- Monitor production output, identify issues, and take corrective action to maintain consistent product quality.
- Support a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.
