About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Coin Press machines, including set-up adjustments to start-up sequence, feed rate, and change tooling when necessary.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with stamping set up and press operation, ideally 5+ years.
Strong Mechanical aptitude.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Safely Operate and setup of coin blanking presses to produce high-quality products.
Perform and document quality control inspections to meet customer specifications.
Monitor and maintain press speeds to meet production goals.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the blanking and coining process to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with maintenance to perform preventive maintenance & troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the process. This will include monitoring levels and replenishment of tooling lubricants, and soaps at wash stations.
Accurately maintain and enter daily production data into inventory software (Acumatica).
Maintain department workstations and uphold housekeeping standards.
Meet or exceed company quality goals to minimize scrap and ensure proper application of First In / First Out (FIFO) Inventory methods for production.
Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Position requires the use of PPE, including steel-toed footwear.
