About The Position

Our team is currently seeking a Setup / Operate Flexiliner Machine Operator based in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a 1st Shift position. Our 1st shift hours are typically 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday through Friday with daily and Saturday overtime scheduled as needed. The Operator will: Set up and operate the Flexi-Liner machine. Properly identity what part should be ran, set up the wheels on the mandrel properly and in a timely manner. Run parts to proper specifications while performing quality checks.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Written Communication - Able to read and interpret written information.

Responsibilities

Sets up and operates the flexi-liner machine ensuring the angles and pressure are correct on the wheels around the mandrel
Able to feed the material through the roll former over to the mandrel.
Load coils in the correct orientation.
Box out kits with the correct parts and cut 35’ parts into the correct lengths
Other duties as assigned
