About The Position
Join a growing manufacturing team in Cambridge as a Press Operator and take pride in producing top-quality parts that meet the highest standards! What You’ll Do: Operate and maintain press equipment with accuracy and care Set up machines and adjust for each production run Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications and schedules Monitor product quality, report issues, and uphold safety standards Track production output and maintain organized records
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school education or 3+ years of press/factory experience
- Familiarity with basic handheld measuring tools
- Ability to trim, inspect, and pack parts efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Evening shift 3:00 pm-11:00 pm
