Work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions to produce high-quality components, demonstrating strong attention to detail in every step of the process. Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 150 tons to 1,200 tons , ensuring safe and precise operation. Perform rubber-to-metal stamping (experience preferred but not required; training provided) to the right candidate. Work with various materials, including Inconel (Inco), AM350, and titanium strip stock with thicknesses ranging from .001" to .008" , maintaining accuracy and consistency. Perform set-ups (or request assistance for complex set-ups) and conduct in-process inspections per ES Specifications to ensure all parts meet dimensional and quality requirements. Maintain set-ups and make minor adjustments as needed, escalating unusual issues to the supervisor. Verify product quality using quantitative charting methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and a range of precision measuring tools, including contour readers and non-contact measuring systems, with meticulous attention to detail. Use basic computer skills to perform labor transactions and other required system functions with accuracy and completeness
