About The Position

TempToHire Stamping Press Operator Location: Monroe, WI Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM 3rd Shift (Annealing): Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Rates: 1st Shift: $19.00/hour 2nd & 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work and packing instructions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for data entry and document retrieval.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Drug screen and background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press machines to load and unload metal coils through progressive dies.
• Align parts properly in dies or fixtures for accurate stamping.
• Band coils at the end of production runs.
• Complete production paperwork accurately, including job cards and tally sheets.
• Remove metal scrap from dies, press bed, and surrounding area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all parts meet quality specifications as outlined in operator instructions.
