Joining our team of Employee-Owners as a Press Operator, you will enjoy our safe, clean, and climate-controlled facility working as part of a team in a collaborative environment. The Press Operator is responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with customer quality requirements and production standards. Responsibilities include picking, trimming, assembling, inspecting, and packaging injection molded plastic parts in accordance with company and customer specifications. Manufacturing experience preferred but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
