HIRING EXPERIENCED PRESSMEN AND OFFERING A $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS! 🔧 What is the role? : We're on the lookout for skilled Press Operators to join our team and take charge of our Heidelberg Presses. As a Press Operator, you'll oversee the entire press system, ensuring top-notch performance and maintaining quality standards. With your expertise, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our printing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Printing Industry.
• Basic math skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of printing terminology, job flow, and standards.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Press Operation : Prepare and operate web offset presses, making necessary adjustments to ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintenance : Perform preventative maintenance on presses, keeping equipment in optimal condition.
• Team Leadership : Assign duties to team members, monitor performance, and assist in their development and training.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect impressions to ensure job specifications are met and solve any problems that arise.
