About The Position

Wagner is hiring Press Operators to run punch press and drill equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The company is open to training individuals with press experience or a background in machining, fabrication, or production. Full-time employees on the 2nd shift receive a $5/hour shift premium.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, warehouse, or hands-on work with mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
• Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
• Reliable and willing to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a machine operator, press operator, CNC operator, or in manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press and drill/tap machines to produce metal parts
• Load materials and monitor machines during operation
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with machine setup and tooling adjustments
• Use measuring tools (tape, calipers, gauges)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
