Requirements

Experience operating flexographic presses (wide or narrow web)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read job tickets and follow production specs
Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, improve, and take pride in your work

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses
Monitor print quality, color, and registration to meet customer specs
Perform make-readies, changeovers, and routine press maintenance
Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to keep production running smoothly
Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and quality to deliver great results
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards every shift
