About The Position

Clow is hiring Press Operators to operate metal punch presses and manufacture parts according to work orders and blueprints. This role includes tooling setup, material loading, part inspection, and production tracking in the ERP System. Press Operators produce parts that meet blueprint specifications and inspection requirements while supporting daily production in a manufacturing environment.
We are currently hiring multiple Press Operators across several shifts.
Available Shifts:
Shift 15 (Day Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Shift 16 (Afternoon Shift): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
Shift 21 (Weekend Shift): Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (+$3.50/hour shift differential)
Starting at $19.25 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift materials and remain on your feet during the shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous press, machine operator, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
