Position: Entry/Junior level individual contributor, semi-skilled worker who operates machines, factory-related processing equipment, or vehicles. Requires little or no prior experience and no more than a few months of training that is often received while on the job. Has little or no autonomy and works under close supervision. Achieves competency with skills assigned to this level over time.
Requirements
- Advanced math skills.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Layup composite panels using Prepreg fabric, honeycomb core, potting, and review recipe configurations to ensure all cure specifications are met.
- Meet schedules, time allowances and monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program; updating supervisor.
- Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process.
- Remove probes, wires, fixtures, and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process.
