About The Position

As a 200 Manual Press Operator, you’ll be part of our Pressroom team located in Willard, Ohio. You’ll get to: Operation of manual presses and proper stacking of parts Understand and ensure the safe operation of the presses and other similar equipment Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met Demonstrate understanding of equipment by completion of 30-day training form Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical understanding is preferred
• Must complete all required safety training
• Ability to work independently or with a group
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn new skills
• Must be able read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed
