As our Press Assistant, you will: Assist the Press Operator with the everyday operation of the press Ensure Press is producing product to exceed our customers’ expectations Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career Move gathered books from end of press and place on skids Opened 12 years ago as a digital plant, our Kendallville site combines innovation with small-town charm. Requirements

Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
