This position will operate, maintain and repair equipment for ColorArmor. This person will be a solution-oriented person who will take the initiative to deliver high quality products and services. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to analyze equipment performance to maintain safe, reliable, and high-quality output.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience operating or supporting production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment; press line experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly identify issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Understanding of workflow, efficiency, and throughput in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Computer skills to maintain records and data entry
  • Knowledge of hazards and safety practices

Nice To Haves

  • technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or related field preferred
  • press line experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor print press equipment to ensure high-quality production that meets project specifications and deadlines
  • Maintain efficient workflow and maximize press up time by identifying and resolving production issues proactively
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner to minimize down time
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
