Positions are available for 2nd and 3rd shift. Please come to the OPEN INTERVIEWS held Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 2pm - 4pm. We are located at 2687 Old Gallatin Rd, Scottsville, KY 42164 Brick building, blue roof in the parking lot. MUST meet all the requirements! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete die changes by obtaining die from rack, gathering necessary tools and completing the change as instructed by work instructions to include material changes. Perform minor troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment including but not limited to: press machine, winder, inspection systems, rotarians, etc. Perform quality inspections per work instructions. Identify and report abnormal per the Abnormal Rule. Complete required paperwork (ex. Die trouble report, production report, etc.) Assist other Set-Ups during slow periods. Report defective materials, die problems or questionable conditions to the department Coordinator or Supervisor. Maintain the work area/equipment in a clean/ orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Operate forklift to move materials/scrap in and out of the metal stamping area. Monitor assigned Stamping machines and perform required inspections. Tape, label and complete final boxing of finished goods and place on skid for QA approval. Complete required paperwork (ex. Press Line Check Sheet, Operator Check Sheet, Production Reports, etc.). Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
