Brunswick Clarkston operations is looking for individuals to join our team who are proud of our incredible legacy and share in our vision to create life-long memories on the water! As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, team members will assist in the manufacturing of Thunder Jet Aluminum boats by fabricating aluminum components in preparation for welding and installation. This is an entry level position that may include, but not limited to the following job duties and responsibilities. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be reliable.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
  • Work overtime as needed to complete daily tasks or projects.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of equipment and hand/power tools.
  • Ability to follow established safety processes including hearing sensitive area and PPE requirements.
  • Must be willing and able to lift to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to continually learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute parts to their appropriate location within the facility.
  • Preform and log daily and weekly maintenance on all equipment.
  • Operate overhead crane system, CNC router, press brake, chop saw, band saw, sheer, and other equipment as necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance to safety policies and procedures, as well as identifying risks and hazards prior to job completion.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • May be required to perform other duties as needed.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production needs.
