About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate press brake equipment to fabricate precision sheet metal components used in industrial bakery systems. This position requires experience reading blueprints, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production and assembly operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude
• Dependable and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of press brake experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and BOMs
• Ensure flat layouts produce accurate, functional parts
• Load and unload materials safely
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges
• Perform deburring, alignment, and adjustments using hand/power tools
• Assist with assembly of components and subassemblies
• Minimize material waste and optimize layouts
• Maintain production and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
