About The Position

Essential Responsibilities : Builds the region’s loans, deposits, with emphasis on DDA, and overall reputation Plans, directs, coordinates, monitors and evaluates all bank activities within the region to minimize risk exposure and ensure that the region meets its goals and objectives Provides leadership, direction and guidance to the region’s retail branch, private and commercial banking teams and board Supports and administers the bank’s policies and procedures Serves on the bank’s Board of Directors and various committees Monitors problem loans and exceptions to loan policies and procedures within the region Reports various regional conditions and statistics to the Board and other committees and provides explanations and problem resolutions as necessary Responsible for career development and performance reviews of branch managers, private bankers and commercial bankers Responsible for the region’s profitability Partners with all TFSG affiliates to introduce products and services to further enhance the banks overall long-term profitability Exemplify Towne’s Culture of Caring in all member and employee interactions Represents the bank in leadership roles within the community and represent the bank at community events Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Minimum Required Skills and Competencies : Expert knowledge and experience in the operation and function of a bank Strong management abilities and the ability to recognize and foster other management personnel Demonstrated strong leadership qualities Excellent communication and sales skills Strong decision making abilities High degree of personal integrity Desired Skills and Competencies : College degree in Business, Banking or Finance
