The President will serve as the leader of the executive team during a defined transition period. Upon successful completion of this period, and contingent on approval by the CEO and Board of Directors, the President will assume the role of President & CEO. Throughout this transition, the President will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and the outgoing CEO to ensure a smooth leadership change, maintain organizational stability, and advance the organization's next phase of strategic growth. The President will oversee the senior leadership team, steward relationships with key funders and partners, and champion Five Keys' mission and culture of social justice, inclusion, and innovation. Our senior leadership team includes the COO, CFO, and CHRO, along with division leaders overseeing Housing, School, Programs, Transitional Employment, L&D, and Organizational Development.
