What you will do… Supervises seasonal staff; Oversees maintenance and eco-management for Boch Hollow State Nature Preserve, including buildings, grounds, and equipment; Prepares and tracks operational budget for all activities on Boch Hollow; Assists regional manager with implementation of maintenance and eco-management activities on 19+ preserves; Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports; Represents DNAP and ODNR with partners, civic groups, and other state and federal agencies; Starting hourly pay of $26.92/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $33.35/hr.
