Requirements

• Completion of associate core program in natural resources, botany, zoology, biology, ecology or related field; valid driver’s license.
• Or 12 mos. exp. as Preserve Manager Aide, 22411; valid driver’s license.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

• Supervises seasonal staff
• Oversees maintenance and eco-management for Boch Hollow State Nature Preserve, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Prepares and tracks operational budget for all activities on Boch Hollow
• Assists regional manager with implementation of maintenance and eco-management activities on 19+ preserves
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
• Represents DNAP and ODNR with partners, civic groups, and other state and federal agencies
