About The Position

The Los Angeles Clippers and Inuit Dome are actively seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Presentation Systems Lead to support our new home, Intuit Dome. The Presentation Systems Lead will support all live productions by serving as the onsite expert in operation of the Daktronics Show Control system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of Daktronics Display Studio & Content Studio, LED maintenance, and a desire to learn and mentor others along the way. This unique role provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of bringing Intuit Dome to life. Requirements

• 3+ years of broadcast control room and major sporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Daktronics LED boards
• Strong knowledge of video and audio signal flows, workflows, protocols, and codecs.
• Solid problem-solving skills and workflow documentation.
• Experience in both hardware and software systems.
• Passion for figuring broadcast systems, infrastructure, and workflows out.
• You thrive in live events where every second matters and are a firm believer in collaboration.
• Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships with vendors and recognizing the impact of this role across all business functions.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team with a high sense of urgency.
• Strong leadership skills, exceptional collaboration skills and high ability to influence.
• Effective communication including verbal and written.
• Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound engineering judgment.
• Be a flexible and reliable teammate.
• Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Presentation Systems Manager to program all Daktronics LED content for Intuit Dome events & Clippers games.
• Coordinate with Partnerships, Marketing, & Game Presentation to deliver event & gameday assets.
• Monitor all physical LED displays and respond to outages accordingly.
• Creating and maintaining relevant SOPs for daily operation.
• Respond to technical calls accordingly, troubleshooting where able.
• Actively participate in event meetings and weekly department syncs.
• Ensure that all courtside LEDs & equipment are functioning properly.
• Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.
