As a Presentation Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate key messages and information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in presentation design or software tools preferred.
• Proven experience in presentation design and development, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for visual composition, layout, and typography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and presenters at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating visually compelling presentations that engage and inspire audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives, audience needs, and key messaging.
• Designing and formatting presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software, incorporating graphics, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
• Developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency and branding standards across all presentations.
• Providing guidance and support to presenters on best practices for delivering impactful presentations, including storytelling techniques and slide design principles.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering presentations on time and within budget.
• Staying current on presentation design trends and software tools to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations.
