About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, clear communication, and delivering empathetic service in a high‑volume environment. What You’ll Do Handle 30–50 customer interactions per day via phone and email, answering questions about prescription benefits Research and resolve benefit issues using healthcare systems, identifying needs quickly and providing accurate solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools, including email, Excel, and Word
  • Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation
  • Hours of Operation: Monday–Sunday, 7:00am–8:00pm CST
