About The Position

Join a customer‑focused team where you’ll make a real impact by helping members understand and use their prescription benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, clear communication, and delivering empathetic service in a high‑volume environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools, including email, Excel, and Word
  • Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation
  • Hours of Operation: Monday–Sunday, 7:00am–8:00pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Handle 30–50 customer interactions per day via phone and email, answering questions about prescription benefits
  • Research and resolve benefit issues using healthcare systems, identifying needs quickly and providing accurate solutions
