The Prescott Valley Branch Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, compliance management, and program growth for Endeavor HCBS's Prescott Valley office. This role oversees Care Coordinators and the Front Office Coordinator, ensuring individuals with developmental and special needs receive high-quality, person-centered services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is tough but compassionate, high-energy, and fun, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
