Requirements
- Teachers: CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teachers: 6–12 months relevant classroom experience
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): High school diploma
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): Infant/Toddler training
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
- Teacher Aides: No prior experience required
- Consistent attendance and commitment to your full schedule is essential
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support learning through hands-on, play-based activities
- Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families
- Contribute creativity and ideas to a collaborative school community
- Consistently work your scheduled hours to ensure classroom stability
