Requirements

  • Teachers: CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Teachers: 6–12 months relevant classroom experience
  • Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): High school diploma
  • Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): Infant/Toddler training
  • Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
  • Teacher Aides: No prior experience required
  • Consistent attendance and commitment to your full schedule is essential
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support learning through hands-on, play-based activities
  • Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families
  • Contribute creativity and ideas to a collaborative school community
  • Consistently work your scheduled hours to ensure classroom stability
