About The Position

Do you love working with toddlers and preschoolers? Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party? We’re hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools. This is NOT a competitive coaching role. This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2–5.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 2–5 (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, camp, or similar)
• Comfortable leading a group of young children independently
• High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping it fun
• Reliable transportation (you will travel to local daycares)
• Available weekday mornings
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Played soccer growing up
• Have early childhood education background
• Have coaching or classroom experience

Responsibilities

• Leading 30–45 minute soccer classes at daycares
• Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork
• Keeping 2–5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones)
• Being silly, animated, and encouraging
• Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Communicating professionally with daycare staff
