Preschool Soccer Coach
About The Position
Do you love working with toddlers and preschoolers? Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party? We’re hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools. This is NOT a competitive coaching role. This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2–5. What You’ll Be Doing Leading 30–45 minute soccer classes at daycares Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork Keeping 2–5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones) Being silly, animated, and encouraging Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment Communicating professionally with daycare staff You’re a Great Fit If You: Genuinely love being around young children Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience Are patient and calm under pressure Can manage a group of energetic toddlers Show up early and prepared Have reliable transportation Are available weekday mornings Bonus if you: Played soccer growing up Have early childhood education background Have coaching or classroom experience This Is NOT For You If: You prefer working with older, competitive athletes You don’t enjoy high-energy environments You struggle with patience You’re not comfortable leading a group independently
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 2–5 (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, camp, or similar)
- Comfortable leading a group of young children independently
- High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping it fun
- Reliable transportation (you will travel to local daycares)
- Available weekday mornings
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to pass a background check
