About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond. As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners. The Chesterbrook Academy schools in Marlton and Voorhees are seeking full-time Certified Teachers for Universal Pre-K. The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and, at a minimum, a certificate of eligibility or certification of eligibility with advanced standing for preschool through grade three; NJ P3 certification. He/she will be responsible for delivering whole group, small group, and individual child instruction in a center-based classroom that utilizes the Creative Curriculum. A qualified candidate will be thoughtful and nurturing with a strong sense of commitment to education and child development.
