About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond. As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners. What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking. Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment. Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.
The Chesterbrook Academy schools in Marlton and Voorhees are seeking full-time Certified Teachers for Universal Pre-K. The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and, at a minimum, a certificate of eligibility or certification of eligibility with advanced standing for preschool through grade three; NJ P3 certification. He/she will be responsible for delivering whole group, small group, and individual child instruction in a center-based classroom that utilizes the Creative Curriculum. A qualified candidate will be thoughtful and nurturing with a strong sense of commitment to education and child development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certificate of eligibility or certification of eligibility with advanced standing for preschool through grade three
• NJ P3 certification
