About The Position

Cook - Early Learning Center The Early Learning Cook is responsibile for providing nutritious and healthy meals for the children. Meal are provided daily, breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Responsibilites: Responsible for the day to day operation of the USDA Meal Program. Ensure that the Health, USDA and Licensing Standards are followed. Ensure that all daily paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Purchasing of food, milk and supplies are monitored and with budget guidelines. Maintain the Kitchen, ensuring that it is kept clean, sanitized and in order. Ensure that the daily menus are followed. Qualifications: Minimum age requirement 18 years of age. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and independently. Maintain current Food Handlers Card. Prior experience work in a kitchen. Perks: YMCA Membership.
