About The Position
The Early Learning Cook is responsibile for providing nutritious and healthy meals for the children. Meal are provided daily, breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Maintain current Food Handlers Card.
- Prior experience work in a kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the USDA Meal Program.
- Ensure that the Health, USDA and Licensing Standards are followed.
- Ensure that all daily paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Purchasing of food, milk and supplies are monitored and with budget guidelines.
- Maintain the Kitchen, ensuring that it is kept clean, sanitized and in order.
- Ensure that the daily menus are followed.
