About The Position

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- CDA preferred
- Experience with young children preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Support child assessments and family communication
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams
