About The Position
The 1:1 Educational Aide provides individualized support to a specific student with disabilities to promote access to the general education curriculum, independence, and social-emotional growth. Under the supervision of licensed special education staff, the aide implements individualized instructional, behavioral, and personal care supports as outlined in the student's IEP. The position requires compassion, discretion, flexibility, and strong commitment to inclusion and student success.
