About The Position
This is a full-time, entry-level position primarily focused on ensuring that proofs are output correctly, qualified, assembled, and shipped on behalf of Project Managers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and flexible, as priorities can change rapidly. The role also involves cutting and assembly of color keys and assisting in packing and shipping.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that proofs are output correctly, qualified, assembled, and shipped on behalf of Project Managers
- Cut and assemble color keys
- Assist in packing and shipping
- Maintain Epson Proofer Supplies
- Perform Epson Proofer Maintenance
- Change inks
- Change maintenance tanks
- Load paper
- Output proofs
- Remap colors
- Crop files
- Assign color libraries if needed
- Run calibration for the three Epson printers
- Drop proofs via Esko Pilot
- Prepare Proofs to be Shipped (FedEx, UPS, JS)
- Quick check for any obvious errors
- Trim proofs
- Assemble overlays (if any)
- Match proofs with shipping ticket
- Organize Returned Proofs
- Notify Project Manager(s) of returned proofs
- Communicate corrections (digital photo) or approval to Project Manager(s)
- Assist in Shipping Department
