About The Position

We're currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Team Members to help us deliver the high-quality food our guests know and love. As a Prep Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and our guests receive fresh, delicious meals every time. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling menu items, such as salads, fruit cups, parfaits, wraps, and sides like macaroni and cheese. You'll also assist in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Requirements
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to food quality and cleanliness
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Comfortable with early morning or midday shifts (prep typically starts before open)
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous food prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion fresh menu items such as: Salads, wraps, fruit cups, parfaits, and mac & cheese
- Wash, chop, and sort fresh produce (lettuce, fruit, etc.)
- Receive and properly store produce orders
- Label and date all prepped items to ensure freshness and compliance
- Assist in catering prep and large order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment at all times
- Support the Back-of-House team during peak service periods
- Follow all food safety and quality standards set by Chick-fil-A
