The employee will be responsible for inspecting and weighing all raw materials for each batch. This includes assembling and disassembling equipment needed for ingredient preparation, setting up and calibrating scales, and inspecting ingredients for cleanliness, accuracy, integrity, allergens, and proper labeling. The role requires accurately weighing and preparing ingredients according to SOPs and batch sheets, labeling v-mags and barrels with ingredient, weight, and batch information, and completing batch sheets with weights and ingredient lot details. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Spice Room Lead, Production Line Lead, or Production Supervisor, and adherence to plant GMPs and safety guidelines is mandatory. The employee may also be required to assist in the kitchen and/or grinding room to prepare ingredients.
