About The Position
Examines and performs fueling and routine servicing, which includes -- perform pre-operational checks of equipment that include: walk around visual inspection, check fluid levels, safety equipment, tires, steering, brakes, etc. Mounts and dismounts equipment by climbing or descending the boarding ladder or steps. Operates equipment by moving levers, or steering-wheel and depressing pedals or operating other controls to stop, start, maintain proper speed, direction and complete task as required. Assist mechanic with repairs and maintenance. Clean equipment as required. Perform other duties as required.
