About The Position
CMG Leasing is looking for individuals willing to work hard assisting our Maintenance Technicians with turning apartments. Each Prep Tech will be assigned to a property and to a Maintenance Tech. Prep Tech's will be responsible for preparing apartments to be cleaned, painted, etc. There is a possibility of becoming a full time permanent employee after the temporary position has ended.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available to work May - mid August
- Must be 18 years or older
Nice To Haves
- Experience with light carpentry work
Responsibilities
- Assisting our Maintenance Technicians with turning apartments
- Preparing apartments to be cleaned, painted, etc.
- Move out furniture (as needed & with help)
- Prep walls for painting
- Replace blinds
- Remove trash
