Our Back of House Team is made up of talented Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who work together seamlessly to create scratch-made dishes in a fast-paced environment. This position supports Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s Corporate Office Catering Kitchen, producing high-quality food for internal events, meetings, and corporate catering initiatives. Back of House Team Members work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create an extraordinary experience through attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality.
