About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking an experienced Prep Cook. We are hiring for both AM and PM shifts. Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate must: Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal Have high sanitation standards Have a flexible work schedule including weekends and all major holidays Be a strong team player who works in conjunction and cohesively with others and under the direction of the Executive Chef Have a passion for cooking & strong sense of pride Ability to follow established standard recipes Exhibit a positive can do attitude at all times Communicate in English effectively Possess at least 2 years of prep/line experience Competitive salary, as well as a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, 401k & profit sharing, meals, paid time off.
