Requirements

Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong knife skills and an understanding of basic culinary techniques.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and cleanly in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and portion ingredients for service, ensuring freshness and consistency.
Wash, chop, and measure ingredients for line cooks and chefs.
Execute basic cooking techniques such as blanching, roasting, and sauce preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety protocols.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
Support kitchen operations, ensuring the team is set up for smooth service.
